Compared with the high street slimming club I tried years ago, this has been much more sensible. The advisers are patient and they don't make you feel silly for asking. I'd happily carry on with it.

The recipes are what got me. There are loads of them and they're actually quick enough for a weeknight. Only thing is the app crashed a couple of times when I was saving meals. Still using it though.

Not the cheapest thing out there, but the savings on food more than cover it for me.

Way better than the free one I was using before, which was just a random list of food. Compared with that this actually tells you what to eat and when. Plan came through quick and it's dead easy on the phone. Sorted.
