I had been on the NHS weight loss referral waiting list for ages and was getting nowhere on my own, so I wanted something with a proper structured plan that actually fits around a full-time job. The meal structure is sensible, the portions are clearly set out and the coaching check-ins keep me honest without being preachy. Week by week the numbers have started to move in the right direction.

I did write to the team to ask where it had got to, and they were perfectly polite, though it did take them several days to come back to me. The food itself is decent enough and I'm sure I'll get used to the routine.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was how clearly the plan is laid out, each day set out neatly with the portions and times, which I found most helpful. I did not find the sign up process difficult and the staff were courteous when I rang with a question. I have been following it for some months now and I am quite pleased with the results, so I would be happy to continue with it.
Read moreI have been a customer for a good while now and the plan does what I need. The first delivery took a bit longer than the date they gave me, and I had to message the site twice before anyone replied. Once it arrived, everything was as described and the food is decent.
I would say this is a good plan for anyone who needs structure and is willing to follow it. The food is fine and the instructions are clear. The one small niggle is that the delivery windows are narrow and I had to rearrange my day once to be in.
