Signed up in the lunch break

Needed something to stop me buying lunch from the shop every day. Signed up on my phone during my lunch break, took about five minutes. The first box arrived the next morning and the food was actually good, not just healthy-tasting.

Better than the supermarket version

I've been a customer for a long time and have tried the supermarket ready meals as a cheaper option. These are more filling and the protein content is noticeably higher, which matters to me since I train most mornings. Delivery has been reliable, though the price has gone up a bit since I started.

stopped me buying takeaways

Needed something quick for after uni because I was living on takeaways. The meals are simple and there's a good choice, though the app keeps logging me out. Delivery has been fine, just slow the first time.

decent but pricey for what you get

The first thing that struck me was how many meals came in one delivery, nine in total, which sounds like loads until you split it across the week. Food is fine and the instructions are clear, but at the price I expected a bit more variety in the sides. Delivery came on the day they said, which I appreciated, and the ice packs were still cold. Would keep an eye on the price before ordering again.

The porridge pots are a godsend

I've been having the overnight oat pots for breakfast for about three years now. They're creamy, the fruit is proper fruit and I don't have to think about breakfast before the school run. The portion is just right for me and they never arrive squashed.

Needed something i could stick to

I needed a structured plan after my GP suggested I cut back on sugar and eat more regularly. I've been with them for almost two years now. The meals are easy to follow and the calorie info is clear, though the app is a bit clunky when you want to swap a meal.

Switched from the other box scheme

Switched from another meal box company because the other one was way too much fat. This one's lighter and the recipes feel less like a chore to cook. Easy to pause the delivery when I'm away, which was a big deal for me.

sensible prices for the portions

Bought the family pack to compare against doing my own shopping. Portions are big enough and the price per serving works out fine for the two of us. Packaging kept everything cold.

Good food but the price stings

Compared with buying the same sort of food from the supermarket, this is a fair bit dearer, but the portions are more generous than I expected and the cooking instructions are clear. Delivery has been on time every week, though I'd like a discount for a bigger order. Would still stick with it for now.

yes, good enough to reorder

Would order again. Signed up on the app in about five minutes, picked my meals, paid, done. The food was fine, nothing special but proper portions and the packaging kept everything cold until I got home from work. Delivery window was the evening I asked for.

Quick and tasty

Honestly really good, the curry one is my fave. Ordered on the app in two mins and it came the next day, no fuss at all. Will be ordering again next week.

Really easy to start

First order and it was dead easy. Picked a starter box, the instructions on the box were clear and the meals were ready to go. Only thing is the delivery slot I wanted was full so I had to take the next day.

the flapjack bars are worth it

Compared a few snack brands before picking these, and the flapjack bars had the least sugar per bar of the lot. They're chewy, not too sweet and keep well in my bag for a week. Only downside is they're a bit more expensive than the big brands.

The portions are tiny

The first thing I noticed was how small the snack pots were compared to the photos on the site. Main meals were ok but I was still hungry after the lunch ones. Customer support replied to my message but it took three days. Not awful, just not what I expected for the money.

Not as good as the old plan

I'd been on their old menu for years and it was better then. Compared with the other plan I tried last year, this one has fewer vegetables and the portions have shrunk a little. Customer service took a while to answer when I asked about a swap.

better than the other one i tried

Compared it with the other nutrition plan I'd been looking at and this was cheaper for the same amount of food, and the menu felt less like a diet and more like actual meals. I was worried it would be bland but the first week was honestly fine, the portions filled me up and I didn't feel hungry by mid afternoon. Ordering took about ten minutes and the first box turned up when they said it would.

First order, really simple

The menu page made it obvious which meals were lower in calories, which I didn't expect from a first look. Signing up took about five minutes on my phone. Food arrived in a cool bag and everything was intact.

The protein porridge is spot on

Bought the protein porridge pots for breakfast and they hold up well in the fridge for three days. Texture is right, not gluey, and the sweetness is low without tasting like cardboard. Restocked twice now.

Needed something gentle on my stomach

I needed meals that wouldn't upset my stomach after my operation, and I've been having these for over a year now. The soups are gentle and easy to digest and the delivery driver is always polite. Really takes the stress out of cooking.
