Exactly what I was after
Exactly what I was after, the range is wide enough for a proper variety. Know a fair bit about this area and the protein content is honest on the labels. Delivery is punctual.

Read moreCompared with the high street alternative I'd been using, this plan is a little more expensive per week, though I don't think that's unreasonable for the portions. The delivery took a day longer than I was told, and the confirmation email could have been clearer about the slot. Otherwise the food is good and the staff were helpful when I rang.
Read moreMy GP suggested I look at something lower in sugar and I'd tried a few supermarket options that didn't really work for me. I wanted something I could follow without hunting for ingredients every week. Their plan breaks everything down clearly and the meals are proper food, not just diet shakes. Delivery has been reliable and I've felt steadier since I started.

Needed something I could keep in the freezer for the weeks my husband is in hospital. The meals keep well and the box is easy to store. Price per portion works out sensible against the supermarket.
I've been on their plan for a while and I know the range well now. The meals are still the best I've had from a service like this. The one thing I'd change is the delivery slot, which is narrow and I've missed a drop because I was out. They do let you rearrange it, which helps.
Bought the vanilla protein powder on the site last week. Arrived in two days, tub was full and the scoop was there. Mixes ok in cold milk, no weird clumps. Will be reordering when this tub runs out, probably same time next month.
I looked at a couple of other meal plans before picking this one, and the sign up here was the quickest. The delivery came a day later than the site said, which was annoying but not a big deal. Price is a bit higher than the others I checked.
Honestly the price is the main reason I stick with them. The meal boxes cost less than what I'd pay in the shops for similar portions, and the delivery fee is waived over a certain spend. Packaging keeps everything cold and I've had no problems in months.

Reordered the meal plan on my phone at lunch while waiting for the bus, took about two minutes and I didn't have to re-enter my address. The bags were labelled by day again which is the bit I like most. Will keep doing it.
First thing I noticed was the meal plan arrived already split into daily bags with the days written on, which saved me a lot of faffing about on a Sunday night. Ordering took about five minutes and the menu explained the calorie side clearly. Food was fresh and the portions were properly filling. Happy to go again.
Compared to the protein shakes I was buying at the gym, this works out cheaper per serving and I don't have to make it myself. The bars are decent and the price stayed the same when I reordered. Nothing groundbreaking but it does the job.
Got the snack bar variety pack after a friend showed me hers. They're nice and not too sweet and they fit in my bag easily. Arrived quick too, no complaints.
Got the meal plan for myself first and it was good enough that I signed my dad up as well, which he's grumbling about but eating. The website let me set up two accounts without any fuss, the first box arrived in three days, and the recipes on the cards are simple enough to follow after a long shift.
Tried a rival plan first and this beats it for the snacks. The flapjacks don't crumble in the bag and taste less like cardboard. Compared to the other site, ordering was quicker too.

I signed up on a whim after seeing it recommended and I'm glad I did. The sign-up asked a few questions about what I was trying to do and then suggested a plan that actually fitted my schedule. The first delivery came with a welcome note and a recipe card, which was a nice touch. Staff replied to my question about dietary swaps within a few hours.
Been ordering from them for about six years now and they have never let me down. The meal plan options are easy to change when my week gets messy, and the customer team actually picks up the phone. I've tried a couple of other places since and always come back here, the food just tastes better to me and the portions fill me up.
I needed something quick for work lunches that wasn't a sad sandwich. This is easy to heat up in the office microwave and the portions are fine. Good stuff tbh.
Checked the price of the oats and seeds against the big supermarket and these came in lower per kilo. The pack sizes are easy to store and nothing arrived damaged. Good value if you buy the staples regularly.
Used to log everything on a different app and it was a mess. Switching to this one with the meal plans is way quicker, it's compared to the old thing, a lot less faff. Bit of a learning curve but fine now.
