The first thing I noticed was how plainly the ingredients were listed, with no long chemical names I couldn't pronounce. I'd never bought from them before so I was a bit nervous about the order. It arrived well wrapped and the leaflet inside explained how to take it. Felt like they actually wanted me to understand what I was buying.
Read moreI've been a customer a long time but this order went badly. The product arrived with the seal already broken and I had to message them twice before anyone replied. The reply took almost four days and then the refund still took another week to show. Not impressed with how it was handled.
Read moreI ordered the magnesium sleep blend for my husband who has been waking up at three every morning for weeks now. The checkout was straightforward and it came in a couple of days, which was rather nice. The only small thing was that the instructions on the pouch could have been a touch clearer about when to take it. Otherwise it's been a sensible purchase and he seems to be sleeping a bit better.
Read moreWhat struck me first was the clear labelling on the bottle, with the dose written large enough to read without my glasses. I did find the order page a little slow to load at first. Once it arrived I was pleased with it.
Compared with buying the same thing from my local chemist, this works out a little dearer. That said, the quality seems the same to me and I prefer not having to go out. Delivery was prompt and the packaging was tidy.
I ordered the herbal tea blend for my evenings, which I find quite soothing. The blend is pleasant enough and the leaves are visibly good quality, though I'd have liked a slightly stronger flavour. Checkout was clear and it came in a few days.
Way better than the Holland and Barrett bar I usually grab, this one actually tastes like something. Ordered on a Sunday night, arrived Wednesday which was fine. Packaging was a bit flimsy but nothing got squashed. Only thing is the price is a touch higher than I'd like for what you get, but I'll probably order again when I run out.
They're a solid choice if you want something decent without faffing about. I've been ordering from them for a few years now and the quality hasn't dipped. The only small irritation is the delivery slot sometimes gets pushed back a day with no warning, but it always turns up.
