The first thing I noticed was how plainly the ingredients were listed, with no long chemical names I couldn't pronounce. I'd never bought from them before so I was a bit nervous about the order. It arrived well wrapped and the leaflet inside explained how to take it. Felt like they actually wanted me to understand what I was buying.

Read moreI ordered the magnesium sleep blend for my husband who has been waking up at three every morning for weeks now. The checkout was straightforward and it came in a couple of days, which was rather nice. The only small thing was that the instructions on the pouch could have been a touch clearer about when to take it. Otherwise it's been a sensible purchase and he seems to be sleeping a bit better.
Read moreCompared it with the same type of product on a supermarket website and it came out quite a bit dearer. Delivery was fine but it took a bit longer than I expected. Doesn't feel like bad value exactly, just not the bargain I was hoping for.
Honestly this is good enough but you'd be wise to shop around first. I looked at three other sites and this was mid-range on price, with a delivery charge that wasn't mentioned until checkout. The product itself is fine and it arrived as expected.
