Nature's Truth

Compared with the big name brands I usually buy, this one costs a bit less and the ingredients list is shorter. Took a few weeks to notice a difference but I'd say it's worth it. Happy to stick with it.

Way better than the other meal kit I tried last year, the chicken actually tastes of something. Ordered on my phone in about two minutes and it turned up on the day. Will keep it going.

Started ordering from them when the food bill got out of hand after I went part time. I wanted something I could plan around without spending loads. The meal boxes work out cheaper per portion than the supermarket ready meals I was buying, and the portions fill you up for lunch the next day. Ordering takes a few minutes on the site and I can pause the box when I'm skint. Delivery has been reliable so far.

Needed something to eat between lectures and my gym bag was empty. Ordered the bars on the app while waiting for the bus, took about a minute. Got them the next day and they're good.

Honestly this was the best first experience I've had with an online diet company. The sign up took about five minutes and the customer chat answered my question about allergies within the hour. Everything arrived cold and well packed.

Compared to the gym app I was paying for, this is a lot cheaper and it does the job. I've been using the meal guide for a month and I've actually lost some weight. Nothing else I tried stuck like this.

I needed something easy to stick to after the doctor said my cholesterol was up. Was nervous about starting a plan but the food is tasty and the instructions are clear. I'm on week six now and feel much better for it.

Ordered the protein bars through the app on the bus home. Taste is decent though a bit sweeter than I'd like. Delivery came on the day they said, so no complaints there.

Bought the chocolate whey after my usual brand went up in price and the taste is genuinely better. Mixes without clumping in a shaker, and it doesn't leave that chalky aftertaste. Delivery was quick too.

Picked up the olive oil spray to cut back on butter when I'm cooking for the family. It sprays evenly and a little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts ages. The bottle came well protected and no leaks at all, which I was worried about after reading other reviews.

We needed a way to get the weekly shop sorted after my mum moved in and the bills went up. Signed up for the meal plan box and the portions are sensible, the prices work out lower than the big supermarket delivery slots by a fair bit. The recipes are simple enough that I don't have to think too hard on a Tuesday night.

I've been ordering from them for years now and they've never let me down. Food arrives fresh, the portions are fair and the site is easy enough even for me. Would not go anywhere else.

I did find the other meal delivery services rather expensive once I compared them, and this one came out better on price and portion size. The sign up was clear and I was able to pause my plan without any bother when I went away. The meals reheat well and I have had no complaints about freshness.

The protein bars are nice, I like the flapjack one most. One of the boxes came with a squashed corner though, so a couple of bars were a bit mangled. Still tasty so I'm not fussed.

Good value for the money and the portions fill you up. The plan keeps the shopping simple and I don't waste food any more. The price per meal is lower than I was paying at the supermarket.

The app was way quicker to order from than the website, I'd been stuck on the basket page last time. Picked the high protein plan and it took about a minute to change my delivery day. Food came on time and was fine.

The first thing I noticed was how big the portions are for the money, far more than I expected for a diet plan. One of the bags had split at the corner when it came, so I had to message them to sort a replacement. The food itself is fine and I'll probably order again.

The box turned up on the Tuesday like they said it would, which is more than I can say for the last place I used. Everything was cold and nothing was squashed. The only thing I'd change is the delivery slot, they gave me a four hour window and I had to wait in for most of it.

Ordered the vitamin D tablets because my flatmate kept on about them. Came in a small tub, they're easy to swallow and I've noticed I'm less tired. Cheap enough to keep reordering.

This is my go to for years now and it's still the best I've found for the price. The portions are the right size and the taste hasn't changed. Keep it up.
