been with them years

Compared with the other meal kits I've tried over the years, this has been the most consistent. I've been a subscriber for a long while and the menu rotates often enough that I don't get bored. The meals are tasty and the packaging is easy to deal with. The app keeps my preferences saved, which saves me time every week. I'd happily keep going.

Best of the bunch for us

Honestly this is the one I'd pick again. I tried three other diet programmes before this and they all felt like hard work or cost a fortune. The meal plans here fit around work and the kids' tea without much faff, and the app tracks everything without nagging. Ordering was simple and the price is fair for the amount of support you get. Ten out of ten from me.

Better than the other app

Switched from the calorie counting app I was using because it kept losing my data. This one's way more reliable and the meals taste like proper food. Quick to order on my phone during the commute and the delivery window is decent. Happy with it.

First month of the meal plan

I signed up for the four day a week plan to see if it would help me stop buying lunch every day. The food is tasty enough and the portions are big, though a couple of the sauces were a bit too salty for my liking. Delivery came on the date it said, all cold and in good condition. Good value for a first try and I'll keep going for another month.

Lads this is decent

Ordered the vegetarian box as a bit of a test and the first week was sound. Food came in nice cool packs, the curries were proper, the portions filled me up. App is easy, I'd say it's the cleanest of the ones I've tried. Only thing I'd moan about is the delivery came in the afternoon when I wanted it earlier but that's fine. Solid. Would get it again.

suits me well enough

I'd been looking for something to help me eat a little more sensibly after my GP mentioned my blood pressure. The sign up was straightforward and the meals are clearly labelled with salt content, which I appreciate. Delivery came on the day promised, though one box arrived slightly warmer than I'd like.

delivery was late once

Meals are decent and the menu has enough variety that I'm not bored yet. The one box that came a day late was annoying since I'd planned my week around it. Support replied eventually but it took three days.

Clear and sensible

I was keen to find a plan that was straightforward and not full of fads, so I'm pleased with this one. The food is well seasoned without being heavy, and the portion sizes suit me. The website is easy to follow and the team were helpful when I had a question about my order. I'd happily keep using it.

The recipe cards are a treat

I've been with them for nearly four years now and the thing that stands out is the recipe cards in each box. They're printed clearly with large text, which my eyes appreciate. The meals themselves are always filling and the variety has improved a lot over time. Last spring one box had a missing sachet of dressing and the customer team sorted a replacement quickly, though it was a bit of a wait. Still happy to carry on.

Macros are listed properly

The first thing I noticed was the macro breakdown printed on every meal, protein, carbs and fat per portion, which is exactly what I want. Nothing vague about it. The meals taste fine for batch prepped food and the packaging keeps everything separate. Delivery was on time both weeks I've used them.

Not cheap but ok

The plan works out pricier than doing my own shopping, and that's the first thing I'd tell anyone. I compared it with a couple of other meal services and this one came out middling on cost but better on the portion sizes. Signing up was fine, though changing my delivery day took a few emails before it went through.

Good value for the money

The weekly price works out cheaper than buying the same ingredients myself once I add up the petrol and the time spent shopping. The meals are decent and the portions are generous. The tracker in the app is a bit fiddly to find, but once you're in it's easy. Happy with what I get for the cost.

needed a reset after christmas

Needed to get back on track after the festive period and wanted something without too much thinking. Signed up on my phone and it was quick enough. The food is alright, a couple of the desserts are sweeter than I'd like but the mains are good. Box arrived on time.

nicer than the rival plan

I had tried another meal service recommended by my sister, and I'm glad I switched to this one. The meals are more varied and the instructions are much clearer on the labels. The delivery has been very dependable since I started. I'd say it's worth the extra for the quality.

The breakfast pots

Got the breakfast pots as a trial and honestly they're so good. Like they're proper filling, don't leave you starving by eleven, and they reheat in like two minutes at work. Ordering was dead easy on the app and the delivery was quick. Only thing is you need a fridge big enough to fit the box, mine barely did. Would get them again for sure, they've replaced my sad toast.

Way better than the gym plan

Compared with the gym-and-shake plan my mate told me about, this feels so much easier to keep up. Here you just pick your meals and they turn up, no weighing everything. The first delivery was on time and the portions were proper, not the tiny ones I expected. Loved how the app shows what's left for the week. Definitely sticking with it for now.

very pleased with the plan

This is the one I'd recommend to anyone looking for a sensible eating plan. The meals are well balanced and the instructions are clear. I was able to set it up without any bother and the team answered my questions promptly. Deliveries have been reliable.

needed something quick for the week

I needed a way to eat better after the doctor flagged my cholesterol and I hadn't the energy to plan every meal. Signing up took about ten minutes and the first box turned up on the date it said. The portions are a good size and the sauces are on the mild side, which suits me fine. Nothing too exciting, but it does the job and I'm finding it easier to stick to than I expected.
