Compared to the free calorie apps I'd been using this is way less faff. The meal boxes are a bit pricier but I don't have to log everything myself. Delivery was fine.

Went with them over two other meal box firms after comparing prices for a fortnight, and they came out cheapest per meal once I'd worked out the delivery fees. The sign up was simple and I changed my plan once without any bother. The meals are proper portions and the recipe cards are easy to follow. Delivery has been on time every week since I started, so no complaints from me.

Beat the other calorie counting apps I'd tried, mainly because the database is far less messy. Searching for branded foods gives the right results first time. Paid annual and it was worth it.

Got the workout tracker bundle and it has everything I wanted, with the sets and rest timers all in one screen. Compared with the notes app I was using before it's a huge step up. Syncs with my watch straight away.

I purchased the at-home vitamin D test kit on the recommendation of my daughter. The instructions were quite clear and the sample went off in the post without any trouble. The results came through a few days after the lab received it, which I thought was reasonable, though the results page could be easier to read.

Needed something quick to take to work that wasn't a sandwich. Ordered the lunch pots and they were fine, bit small for me but ok. Delivery was a day late though.

Signed up for the sleep coaching because I'd been waking up at 3am for months. The sign up took about ten minutes and the first call was booked the same day. My coach was patient and the plan feels doable, though the app sometimes logs me out.

Ordered the starter meal plan box for my first month trying to eat better and I was surprised how much of it was already portioned out. The recipe cards are clear and the veg arrived fresh, not wilted. Cooking dinner has stopped feeling like a chore since I started using it.

signed up on my phone in like five mins, which was nice. the first box turned up a day late but they messaged me about it. food was decent, nothing mind blowing tbh

My doctor suggested I try something structured after my blood pressure went up, and I needed a plan that wouldn't leave me hungry or cooking from scratch every night. I signed up for the balanced plan and had a call with one of their advisers before starting, which I appreciated. The meals are easy to heat and the portions are sensible. My daughter helped me set up the app and it has been reliable since.

Bought the chocolate protein powder to see if it was any cheaper than the big brands. It's a bit cheaper per scoop but the tub is smaller than I expected. Mixes fine with milk.

Compared it with keeping a paper food diary, which I did for years, and this is so much quicker. I only have to tap the barcode and the calories are logged. I've been using it for ages now and still find it useful.

The portion guide printed on the back of the meal pack is the bit I use most. It's simple to follow and I've started to get a feel for how much a proper serving looks like. I've been a customer for a long time and the ordering is still as easy as when I started, with the same clear emails each week reminding me when the next box is due.

The portions on the meal plan are spot on, which is what I wanted since I've been counting macros for years and know roughly what a sensible serving looks like. The app took a bit of getting used to because the search for ingredients brings up loads of duplicates. Delivery came on the day they said and the boxes were still cold. I'd still say the plan suits people who already know their way around food.

Compared three meal box services for a fortnight before picking this one and it came out cheapest per meal once I'd added up the delivery fees. The boxes turned up on time and everything was still cold. My husband and I have had four weeks of dinners from it without any dramas, and the portions are about right for two.

Compared it to the free gym app I already had and honestly this one felt pointless. Paid for the plan and the meal suggestions were just stuff I already eat. Didn't bother cancelling till the end of the month, annoying.

I've been with them for about six years now, mainly for the weekly meal boxes. Back when I first started the portions were bigger and the recipes were more varied, but I still like the convenience. The delivery slot choice has always been reliable and the box arrives cold every time, which matters to me. My only real wish is that they'd bring back a few of the old recipes I used to love.

It's decent enough and does the job for keeping track of what I eat. The price is on the high side compared with the other plans I looked at, and the reminders are a bit too frequent. Delivery of the welcome pack took about a week which was slower than they said.
