I've been having these meals for close on five years now, since my late husband passed and I found cooking for one a bit dreary. ok so the thing that got me was the macros are printed right on the front, no guessing. ordered after my gym mate kept going on about it. food tastes decent for something made to be healthy and the app lets you skip weeks really easily. would order again x
