LA Muscle

Honestly it's not worth the price compared with buying the same protein and oats from a supermarket and portioning it yourself. I've trained for years so I know what I'm looking at. The powder is fine but the bars are dry and the flavour tastes like the packaging. I also had to email twice to get a reply about a missing order, which took nearly a week. The stock levels on the site were misleading too. I'd keep looking.

Compared with the other two meal plans I tried this one has far better portions for the money and the meals actually taste like food. The order process was simple and the boxes came with ice packs that were still frozen on arrival. I've stuck with it for months now, which says it all.

I've been ordering for about four years now and the recipes have kept me interested. The thing I notice most is that the portions have stayed the same size even as prices went up a bit. Sign-in is still a bit clunky on the app so I usually order on the laptop instead, but deliveries have been reliable throughout.

I needed a steadier routine because my shift work had my eating all over the place. I've been ordering for a year now and the plan has kept me on track without much effort. The recipes repeat less than I expected and the delivery windows are good for someone who isn't home during the day. Very glad I found it.

I needed a plan for the week because I was spending too much on takeaways and feeling sluggish. I know my way around nutrition labels so I was fussy, but the calorie figures match what's on the packs. The box was packed well, ice packs still cold, and the meals reheated evenly in the microwave. Happy with it.

Better than the Deliveroo I was getting most nights, way cheaper per meal too. Box came a bit squashed and one pot had leaked a bit of sauce. Still, the chilli was decent.

I ordered the vegetarian selection for my daughter's visit and was pleased with how carefully everything was labelled. The flavours are gentle and the portions are sensible, though the rice in one dish was a little overcooked. The delivery arrived on the promised morning, which made the whole thing very straightforward.

Tried a couple of other meal prep companies first and this one came out ahead for me. The protein content per meal is what I wanted and the flavours are actually good, not just okay. Delivery was a day late once but they gave me a discount code for it, which was decent. Would happily keep ordering.

I ordered the chicken and rice tray for my husband after his heart consultant asked us to watch the salt, and I'm glad I did. The portions were sensible and the labels were easy to read without my glasses. Delivery was a day later than the site said, which I wasn't best pleased about, but the food arrived cold and in good order.

I ordered the low salt range after my GP suggested cutting back, and I was pleased the meals listed the sodium clearly on each pack. The sauces are a little mild for my taste but I've added my own pepper, which is no bother at all. Everything arrived chilled and in good order, as I'd hoped it would.

Way better than the protein shakes I was buying from the supermarket, the taste is actually decent and it mixes without clumps. Ordered on my phone during a lunch break and it turned up the next day. Reorder is quick too, just tap and go. Only thing I'd say is I wish there were more flavours to pick from but yeah happy with it so far.

Good value if you compare the price per portion with the big meal kit brands, and the portions are big enough that I don't need to add anything. Ordering was quick and the box arrived on the day. Saves me going to the shops twice a week.

I needed something I could eat between lectures without thinking about it, as I kept skipping meals and feeling rubbish. Found this after a friend mentioned it. The site was easy to use and the first box came quickly. Nothing dramatic has changed yet but I feel less wiped out by the afternoon.

Bought the bulk tubs of oats and powder and they came out cheaper per serving than the big name brands. Good price per gram and no nonsense packaging. Delivery came in two days and everything was sealed and undamaged. Does the job.

Compared to the cheap whey I was getting off a random brand this is a clear step up in taste and it doesn't leave that chalky finish. Ordered from my phone on the bus and it was sorted in a minute. Delivery was on time and the rider left it safe at the door.

Honestly this has been a great help since I started ordering a year ago. The website is clear to use and the delivery slots are generous, which suits me. The meals are sensible in size and I've found a few favourites I'd happily keep ordering.

Ordered on Sunday night and the box turned up Tuesday morning, which was spot on. The ice packs were still cold and the meals were all there. Would order again, the lasagne was actually good.

First time ordering and the cook times printed on the tray surprised me, they were way shorter than I expected. Food was fine but the portion was smaller than the picture.

I needed a reliable way to hit my macros without cooking every night, and I know nutrition well enough to be picky. The macro breakdowns on each meal are accurate and the portions match the weights listed. The packaging kept everything chilled and the plan has been easy to stick with. Would order again.
