Blood test kit sorted in days

Got the home blood test kit in the post on Tuesday and had it back to them by Thursday, quick as anything. Results came through on the app the following week and the bit about iron was really useful. Fingerprick was fine, bit of a sting. Would do it again when the next check is due.

exactly what I needed

I've been reading up on diet plans for years so I know what to look for, and this one gets the basics right. The calorie targets make sense and the coaching is grounded in real evidence rather than fads. Signing up was easy and the first box arrived when it should. Nothing I'd change.

the food tracker app

I've used a few food trackers over the years and the one in this app is clunky compared to the others. Barcode scanning misses half the supermarket products and I end up typing things in by hand. The meal plans themselves are sensible and well balanced, which is why I've stuck with it.

Wanted to get healthier

I wanted to get back into eating properly after a rough year, and a friend recommended this. Signing up was simple and the first week's meals arrived before the start date. The portions are a good size and the food tastes like proper food. Starting to feel better already.

the blood test kit

Ordered the home blood test kit and it arrived in two working days. Instructions were clear and the finger prick part was less painful than I expected. Results came back through the app in about a week with a short summary and a suggested plan. Everything worked as it should.

the recipe library

The recipe library is the bit I use most. There are loads of quick dinners that don't need a lot of kit. I only signed up for a month to see if I'd use it and I've kept going. Simple, handy and the food tastes good.

The test kit results

Used the home test kit to check my cholesterol and the sample kit arrived in a couple of days. Results took a bit longer than the site said, about eight days, but the summary was easy to read. Plan suggestions were sensible. Little delay on the results side only.

looked at three others first

Before picking this I looked at three other nutrition services and this was the most sensible one on price for what you get. The others wanted a lot of upfront payment and this let me try a single month. The plan has been easy to stick to and I've got the hang of the meal planner.

Sign up was a faff but plan is decent

Signing up took ages, the form kept timing out on my phone and I had to start again twice. Once I was in, the meal plan app is pretty good and the grocery list feature saves me time on a Sunday. Took about a week for the first welcome email to show up though, which was odd. Plan itself is fine and I'll probably stick with it.

Needed something for my energy

Been feeling wiped out all the time at uni so I signed up for the nutrition plan. Was sick of living on toast and energy drinks lol. The app sends reminders which I actually needed. Easy to follow and the recipes are quick. Feel way less dragged out now.

would use again

This programme is a very sound one and I'm glad I took it up. The guidance is clear and the meal plans suit someone with my condition. The sign up process was straightforward and the team were courteous when I rang with a question. I'd use it again.

first time using them

I bought the starter nutrition plan as a first-timer and wasn't sure what to expect. The adviser on the phone was patient and went through my food diary with me, which I appreciated. Took a couple of days to get my login sorted though. Price is reasonable for what you get and I think I'll carry on for a few months.

Not what I hoped

Went with them over a cheaper app I'd used before and honestly I think I should have stayed put. The plan felt generic and the coaching messages were the same every week. Asked a question about my medication and it took four days to get a reply, which was annoying. The price is high for what you get. I cancelled after the first month.

the nutrition advice

I was most pleased with the nutrition advice given to me by the adviser on the phone. She took the time to explain my bloods properly. The plan is straightforward to follow and I've shown it to my daughter. A sensible, dignified service that I'd happily return to.

Better than the gym plan

Compared to the gym membership and personal trainer I had before, this was a lot more practical. I didn't have to plan every meal myself and the portions stopped me overeating. Lost weight without feeling hungry all afternoon. Quite pleased with it so far.

Proper service for the money

Honestly this is one of the better online diet programmes I've tried. The meal plans are sensible rather than faddy, with proper portions and a decent range of food you can actually get at a normal supermarket. The health coaching check ins are useful and the coach knew his stuff about blood sugar. Would go back to it without a second thought.

compared with the gym

Compared to paying for the gym and a nutritionist separately, this is a lot cheaper. The plan covers both the food and the exercise bits. The first month felt a bit pricey while I was settling in, but it has been fine since. Would consider it again.

Still going strong

I've been with them for nearly three years and I'd say it's been worth every penny. The plan has kept my blood pressure in check and my GP has noticed. Renewal reminders arrive on time. The only thing I'd mention is the new app update made the menu harder to find.

Needed help with my weight

My GP suggested I look at a structured plan after my last check, so I've been with this one for about a year now. The plan is easy to stick to and the monthly check ins keep me on track. The app is a bit clunky when you want to log a snack, but it does the job.

fair enough but pricey

I know my way around diet plans so I wasn't expecting much, and it's about what you'd expect. The meal options are fine but a bit limited if you're vegetarian. Delivery was on time. The price is on the high side compared to similar services, which is why I've given it a middling review.
