Good value for what you get

Honestly one of the better value options I've found for a structured eating plan. You get proper portions and the recipes are straightforward enough that I'm not stuck at the hob for an hour. Would sign up again.

Checked a few before picking this

Checked a few options before I went with this, mostly because the others all wanted me to buy supplements and I didn't need any. This one just sold the plan on its own. The price is a little higher than the cheapest app I found but the structure is better and I like not having to think about dinner. Sign up was quick and the first week's food list arrived the same day in the app.

Meal plan that actually fits my week

Compared a few options before settling on the weekly meal plan from them, mainly because the others wanted me to buy supplements I didn't need. The plan builds around what I actually eat and the shopping list saves me a fair bit of faffing about on a Sunday. Signing up took about five minutes and the first box turned up when they said it would.

the guided sessions suit me

I bought the guided sessions package for the older age group and they've been well put together. The instructions are clear and the pace is gentle. Good value and I'm pleased with how I'm managing.

cheaper than the gym I was using

Compared it to the gym I was paying for and it's actually cheaper once you factor in the travel. I was a bit wary at first because I'd never done a plan like this before. Signing up was simple and the first week's guidance was clear. Mostly happy with it, though the first delivery came a day later than the date shown.

The app tracks everything

The app tracks everything, calories, water, steps, all of it, and it syncs with my watch without me doing anything. Quick to log meals on the go between jobs. Happy with it.

Needed something to stop the takeaways

I needed something to stop me ordering takeaway four nights a week, and this has done it. The meals are filling enough that I don't end up snacking after. Price is fair for what it is, and it saves me having to plan everything myself.

Needed a plan after my GP visit

I needed a plan after my GP suggested I cut back on sugar, and I'd tried apps before that just log numbers without telling you what to eat. This one gives you proper meal structure which is what I wanted. The trouble is the sugar guidance seems generic and I had to dig through the recipes to find anything suited to my needs, so it's a bit of a slog.

Alright but the app is clunky

Honestly the app is clunky. Logging food takes ages and it keeps crashing when I scan barcodes. The plan itself is fine and the price is okay for a student budget. Took a bit to get a reply from support when I had a problem with my login, a few days, which was annoying.

Needed help with my blood pressure

I needed help with my blood pressure, so I wanted a plan that could work alongside what my doctor had said. This one is well organised and the meal ideas are sensible without being bland. The only thing I'd change is the sodium information, which could be clearer on each recipe card. Still, it's been useful.

The membership is good value

The membership is good value for money, and I'd say that's the main reason I've kept it going. The guidance on portion sizes has been genuinely useful, and the staff on the phone were patient with my questions about the account. It's not flashy, but it does the job I wanted it for.

The printed guide is a bit small

The printed guide in my starter pack is what I end up using most, but the font is smaller than I'd like for the ingredient lists. I'd have liked it bigger. The app itself was easy enough to set up. Took me a few days to get the hang of the calorie side though.

The printed meal guide

The printed meal guide that came with my starter pack is the item I use most, with big clear type I can actually read. I was grateful for it, as I'd been struggling with small print on other plans. Everything arrived in good order and I'm happy with the purchase.

Better value than the gym

Compared it with the gym I'd been going to for years and this works out cheaper once you add up the petrol and parking. The weekly plan is laid out clearly and the shopping list saves me a lot of faff on a Sunday. My only grumble is the sign-up took a while longer than I expected, with a couple of forms to fill in twice, but once I was in it's been straightforward.

Better than the big name apps

Compared this against two of the bigger name apps before I signed up, and the programme here is more structured without being preachy. The coaching messages are short and actually useful rather than cheerleading. Price is in line with the rest of the market, and I've not had any trouble with the account itself.

The calorie tracker is spot on

The calorie tracker is the thing I notice most, it pulls in most UK supermarket items without me typing much at all. I've been using this for about four years now and it's never let me down. Simple, dependable and does exactly what I need.

first month of the meal plan

Bought the first month of the meal plan after a friend said it was worth a go. The meals arrived chilled and the portions were generous. My only gripe is the delivery slot was a bit early in the morning for me, so I had to rearrange once, but customer support sorted it quickly.

tried a few before this one

Tried a few of these before this one and this is the one I'm sticking with. The meal planner is quick to set up and the grocery list it spits out saves me money because I stop buying stuff I don't use. Delivery has been reliable every week.

the sessions feel properly planned

The first thing that struck me was how clear the guided sessions are, each one tells you exactly what to do and for how long. Signed up on a Sunday evening and was started by Monday morning. Honestly didn't expect it to feel this organised for a first try at anything like this, and I've been going every other day since.
