The starter kit took ages to arrive

Ordered the starter kit with the meal plan and it took nearly two weeks to turn up, which was longer than the site said. The box was fine when it came and the recipe cards are decent. Customer service did reply when I asked, but it took a few days.

wanted something I could stick to

I needed a plan I could actually keep up with after two kids and a job that keeps me at my desk. Compared a few options and this one felt the least like a diet. The support has been good so far and the plans fit around school runs.

The starter guide helped

I took up the starter guide when I joined, mainly because I wanted to understand what I was signing up for before committing. It was clear and written without the usual jargon, which I appreciated greatly. The team were very patient when I rang with a query about my medication and whether the plan suited me. I have been following it for some time now and feel much more in control of my eating.

the recipes are actually good

The recipes are the bit that surprised me, they're quick and nothing I'd have thought to make myself. Used the app on my lunch break and it was easy to log stuff in a few taps. Would do it again.

Good but the app lags

Compared with the other plans I have used, this one is more flexible about swapping meals, which I like. The app is where it falls down a bit. It takes a while to load the food list and I have twice had to log out and back in before my entries saved. The plan itself is solid and the portions are about right for me.

Fine but the points system is clunky

Honestly it's a decent enough plan if you already know what you're doing with macros, but the points system is a bit clunky and the app takes ages to load the food database. I had to log a lot of things by hand because the barcode scanner kept missing. The coaching is OK, nothing special.

decent value for the price

Worth it if you can stick with it, the plan is cheap compared with a dietitian and the app tracks my weight and meals without much fuss. Only real gripe is the reminders come at odd times, but I've just switched them off and carried on.

Better than the last plan i tried

I've been through a few of these over the years and this is far more sensible than the crash diet I tried before, which left me hungry all the time. The food logging is quicker than the others I've used and the targets actually make sense for someone my height. I'd say it's the best of the bunch I've tried.

Much cheaper than the gym and clinic route

I'd looked at a private nutritionist and a couple of other diet apps, and this came out well below both once you add it all up. The plan is clear, the check ins are quick and the support team answered my question about the portion sizes within a day. I'm three months in and still using it every morning.

A good plan that keeps working

Been with them for going on four years now. It's a proper plan and the weekly guidance has stayed sensible through all the changes. Still the first place I go when I need a reset.

The portions are generous

Tried a few plans before this and the portions here are noticeably bigger than the others, which I was not expecting. The packaging was easy to store in the fridge. I did think the price was a touch high for what you get.

cheaper than the gym sessions

Compared with the gym and a personal trainer I'd been paying for, this is a lot cheaper and I can do the plan from my kitchen. The meal plans are a bit basic if you like variety, and I'd like more vegetarian options. Otherwise the app is easy enough to use.

Worth every penny

Tried a couple of other meal plan services before this and they were all either too pricey or too fiddly. This one is the best of the bunch for the money. Signing up took about five minutes and the plan arrived on time.

needed something quick for work

Needed something I could do between school pickups and work calls, and this fits in nicely with the meal planner and reminders. The app crashed once on my phone and the support replied the next morning to sort it, which was fine. The price is fair for what it does.

the weekly weigh in is the bit I liked

The weekly weigh in with the group is what got me, you get to see other people turn up every week and it keeps you honest. Signing up took about five minutes and I was in the first session that evening.

the reminders are spot on

The reminders to log meals are the best bit, they come at the right time and I actually stick to logging now. Quick to sign up on my phone. Good stuff.

Got the starter pack and the meal plan

Got the starter pack and the first month of the meal plan. The recipes are simple and the shopping list in the app saves me a lot of time at Tesco. Haven't needed anything else yet.
