The chicken and quinoa bowl
Got the chicken and quinoa bowl after my flatmate said it was good and honestly it's better than I expected. Portion is decent and it reheats fine in the microwave. Would get it again.

Read moreHonestly the meals are still the same good standard they were when I started, which is more than I can say for some services. The fish dishes are my favourite and the portions have not shrunk. The only niggle is the price went up slightly in the spring, but I'm not switching over a few pounds.

The first thing that struck me was how clearly the plan was laid out on the sign up page, which I really appreciated as I'm not so quick on the computer. My only small niggle is that my first delivery came a day later than the date I'd picked, though the team on the chat were polite and sorted it out. The meals themselves are sensible portions and I've not been disappointed since.
I'd say it's dependable, the meals arrive on the day I've chosen and the instructions are clear enough for me to follow without ringing anyone. Changing my delivery day did take a couple of attempts on the website, which was slightly frustrating, but I've got it sorted now.
Got the protein porridge pots after seeing them on my mate's insta and honestly they're so good for when I'm running late. Tastes way better than I thought. Bit pricey for what you get tbh but I'd still get them again.
Yes, good service, meals arrived on time every week and the portions are fine for a desk job. Signing up on the site took about two minutes and the app lets me skip weeks without ringing anyone. Only thing I'd say is the packs are a bit bulky in the freezer but that's about it, sorted.
I'd been wanting to eat better after my GP mentioned my cholesterol, so I finally signed up for a trial box. The first delivery came exactly when the tracker said it would, everything was chilled properly, and the instructions on each pack were easy to follow even with no cooking skills to speak of. Very happy so far.
Needed something cheap and healthy for uni since I kept living on noodles, so I signed up for a basic plan. The sign up took literally five minutes and the first box turned up in two days. Food is actually nice and i don't feel gross after eating it.

I started with these when my blood pressure needed sorting and the low sodium range has kept me on track ever since. A few weeks back a delivery was a day late, which was a bit annoying, but customer services sorted it out the same afternoon. Prices have crept up over time but it's still fair for what you get.
Been a customer for close to three years now, and the vegetarian range is what I keep coming back for. The lentil dal is my favourite, and the portion is generous enough that I'm not hungry by the afternoon. Delivery has been spot on every single time and the account is easy to pause during holidays.
We moved to a shift pattern in March and my usual breakfasts were not cutting it, so I needed something I could actually plan around. I compared a few meal plan options first and went with these because the calorie and protein numbers were clear on every single meal and the menu rotates enough that I'm not bored by week two.

Compared to buying protein shakes every day this is way cheaper for actual food, and the meals are not bad at all. Only downside is some of the veg is a bit soggy after reheating. Still better than my usual rubbish.
Ordered on Sunday, boxes arrived Tuesday, lunches all week, no faff. Chicken and rice tastes proper and the veggies are not mush. Gonna keep this going for sure, it's so much easier than meal prepping at 11pm.
I got the high protein chicken range because I've been lifting four times a week and wanted something with the macros already worked out. Portions are solid, the sauces are not too salty, and the packaging keeps the meals fresh until the weekend. Would order again.
Compared with the calorie tracker I was paying for, this is far less effort because the meals are already measured out for me. I looked at a couple of other meal services first and most of them wanted a fixed weekly order, whereas here I can change my mind up to the cutoff day. Good value for a single person.
