needed something gentler

I needed a plan that wouldn't upset my stomach after my operation, and my GP suggested I look into it. The advice from the nutrition team was clear and they didn't rush me through the questions. Shipping was a little slow, about a week, though I can't say I minded too much.

The bars

got the cookie dough protein bars and they're nice, tastes like a proper treat without being too sweet. ordering was quick, took like 2 mins on the app. only thing is they're a bit pricey for what you get per bar, but the flavour is worth it tbh. arrived in 3 days, box was squashed a bit but the bars were fine.

meal replacement shakes

I bought the meal replacement shakes in the vanilla flavour, and I'm careful with money so I checked the cost per shake against the other brands. They work out a bit cheaper than the big names, and the nutrition panel is easy to read. Mine turned up within three days and nothing was damaged. Good value for regular use.

Yes, get it

Yes, get it if you're bored of cooking the same six dinners every week. Ordered Monday, arrived Wednesday, everything was there and fresh. Cancelled my gym membership in the same week because I'm not as hungry. Easy app, reorder takes seconds on the train.

Tried a few first

Tried a couple of other meal plans before this and the verdict is that this one is the easiest to stick to. The menu changes weekly so it doesn't get boring. Delivery was a day late once but they sorted it without fuss.

Needed a quick bite between shifts

I needed something quick to eat between shifts and the app let me sort it out in a few minutes on my phone. The meal plan delivery was a day later than they said but the food was fine, just a bit slow to turn up.

Bought the protein powder

I bought the unflavoured protein powder and I already know my way around whey and casein, so I was checking the amino profile before anything else. It mixes without clumping, which most budget brands don't manage. Price per serving is fair for what it is.

Cheaper than the clinic

Compared with the weight loss clinic I went to last year, this works out a lot less per week, and the food is the same food I'd buy from the supermarket anyway. The subscription can be paused whenever I'm away, which saves me money. I've not had any problems with the deliveries in six months.

The vitamin D drops

I bought the vitamin D drops on my pharmacist's advice and have been taking them every morning for a year. The dropper is easy to use, even with my arthritis. They arrive in good time and I've never had a problem.

Sorted my plan in minutes

The quiz at the start asks about your sleep, your stress levels and what you actually cook, and it set up my plan in about five minutes. I'd looked at two other sites first and they wanted my email before showing me anything. This one let me see the full meal list before I signed up, which I liked.

Needed a plan after my bloods

After my cholesterol came back high my doctor wanted me to change what I eat, and I needed something structured so I wasn't guessing at labels. I know the nutrition side pretty well from years in catering, and their breakdown of fats and fibre matches what I'd expect. The sign up was thorough and the plan is sensible.

sachets arrived squashed

The sachets arrived squashed in the corner of the box and two of them had split, which is annoying when you've paid for them. I've been on the meal plan for about eight months now and I know the portions and the timings off by heart, so I'm not new to this at all. The customer service took three days to get back to me, though they did sort a replacement in the end.

not as cheap as the high street

Compared with buying the same vitamins from the supermarket this is quite a bit dearer. The quality seems good and I like that the label is easy to read. It arrived sealed and in good time.

Pretty good so far

I'm new to this so I was never going to know much, but the starter kit did what it said. Ordering took five minutes and the emails tell you where your parcel is. The only thing is the shaker bottle lid leaked a bit in my bag, so keep it upright.

decent but a bit fiddly

Honestly it's a solid starter pack if you're new to this kind of thing and want a plan rather than guessing. The sign up asked a lot of questions and I had to go back twice because the form timed out. Delivery came in two days and the box was fine, just wish the price was a touch lower for what you get.

needed something for my knee

I'd had a bit of a knee problem and my physio said I needed more protein to help it recover, so I went looking for a starter pack. I'd never bought anything like this before. The sign up was easy and the first box turned up on time. The recipe cards were a bit small to read on my phone, which is my only real moan.

ok but kinda pricey

Compared to the one I was using before, this is more expensive but the bars taste way better. Got them quick and they were all there. Not sure I'd keep buying at this price though.

tried three before this

Tried three other meal plans before this one and it's the only one I've stuck with. The portions are big enough that I'm not sat there hungry at nine. The price is about the same as the others, nothing in it for me to moan about.

quick reorder

The best bit is the reorder button, it saves my details so I'm done in under a minute on my phone. Got the usual pack within two days. No complaints.

Been using it for years

Compared to the chemist brand I used before, this one dissolves better and doesn't leave that chalky taste. Reorders have always turned up on the date the app says, and the subscription is easy to pause when I'm away. Mine's been good every month since I started.
