the meal plan one is the one to get

I'd looked at a couple of other plans first, including one from a big supermarket brand, but went for the vegetarian meal plan in the end. The portions were decent and the recipes weren't too fiddly to cook on a weeknight. Delivery was on time every week so far, which is more than I can say for some of the others I tried.

Not quite as cheap as the other one

Compared with the other diet delivery I was using, these are a bit more expensive per meal, though the portions are bigger. The recipes are well thought out and I like that they're not too heavy on carbs. Customer support answered my email within a couple of days which was reassuring.

Sorted my lunches

Got the high protein lunch plan to stop buying sandwiches every day. Food arrives chilled and it's ready in a few minutes. Easy to skip a week when I'm away.

good value for what you get

It's good value if you compare it to paying for a personal trainer or a dietitian. I signed up for the basic plan, the food arrives chilled and the instructions are clear. Nothing dramatic, just reliable and it saves me money on takeaways.

Sign up was quick

Signed up on the app on my lunch break and the whole thing took about five minutes, which was the bit I liked most. Only niggle was the delivery slot picker kept resetting on me, so I had to pick it twice lol but it sorted itself out.

the protein range is the best bit

The protein lunch plan is the first thing I'd point to, because the chicken and fish portions are properly sized and the sauces aren't sugary like most ready meals. I've worked in a clinic for years and I know how hard it is to get decent protein without cooking from scratch. The menu rotates every week so it doesn't get boring.

needed something for my blood pressure

My GP suggested I cut down on salt and I was struggling to get my head round labels at the supermarket. I signed up for the low sodium meal service after a friend recommended it. The meals are properly seasoned, which surprised me, and I've lost a bit of weight without feeling hungry. The menu changes every fortnight so it doesn't get boring.

First time trying a plan

I'd never done a meal plan before and wanted something to get me eating better after uni. I booked the starter plan through the site, which was simple enough, but the first delivery came a day later than the tracking said. The food was fine once it arrived and the portions are generous, so I'll probably stick with it.

decent but could be cheaper

I'd compared a few other meal plans before picking this one and the food is definitely a step up. The price is the main issue for me, as the plan costs more than the others I looked at, and I had to chase a delivery that was a day late. Sign up was fine and the meals are tasty when they arrive, so it's not a disaster, just a bit pricey for what it is.

Not as good as my old pharmacy

Compared with the pharmacy I used before, I found the site considerably harder to navigate, and I did find it took me a while to locate the information I needed about the programme. The staff were polite when I rang, but I'd been waiting nearly a week for a reply to my query and that was a bit disappointing. I don't think I'll be going back to them.

Needed a diet plan after my surgery

After my hip operation my daughter suggested I try a meal service that could cook lighter meals for me, as I was finding it hard to shop and cook. I found the ordering process straightforward and the staff were patient when I had questions about my dietary needs. The meals are well balanced and I'm feeling much better for it.

The portion sizes surprised me

The portions are bigger than I expected from the photos, which was a nice surprise. I tried a few different meal plans before this one, including a couple of expensive ones that just left me hungry. The vegetable sides are fresh and I've started to actually enjoy eating plenty of greens.

Sensible prices for the quality

The meal plan works out cheaper than buying the same ingredients and cooking them myself once you count the time. I went with the three meals a day option and it's been steady for months. Packaging is recyclable and the ice packs come back in the bag.

better than the big chains

Compared with the big chain meal plans I tried last year, these are noticeably less processed and the protein portions are sensible. My only gripe is that the price went up a little at the start of the year without much warning. The food itself is still good and I haven't found anything better for the money yet.

Good for the money

You get a lot of food for the price and the meals keep you full until the next one. I went with the mid range plan and it works out cheaper than my old weekly shop plus takeaways. Easy to pause when I go on holiday.

Vegetarian plan for the week

I went for the vegetarian meal plan and it's cheaper than what I was paying at the supermarket for the same food. The boxes came a day later than they said once, but the meals kept me going until the next delivery. I'd still pick it again.

needed something quick for work

I was sick of spending money on overpriced lunches near the office and wanted something I could just heat up. Booked a week of meals on the site and the menu was easy to scroll through. Food tastes good and there's plenty of it, I'm honestly not sure why I didn't try it sooner.

been using them for years now

I've been ordering from them for about six years now and the meal plans have never let me down. Signing up was quick and the weekly boxes turn up when they say they will. Keeps my weight steady without me thinking about it every day.

way better than the other one

Other meal kits I tried were mostly just pasta and rice but this one has actual variety and the sauces are proper. Ordering was quick and I got a text when the box was out for delivery. Price is about the same as the rest but the food is way better.
