I have done my own meal prep for years and compared to buying the ingredients myself this is dearer, no question. The plan is useful for ideas but the per portion cost is higher than my usual shop. Delivery was fine and the food tasted fresh, just not a bargain.

I tried it after seeing ads and compared it with the ready meal range at my usual supermarket, which was cheaper per portion. The food is fine but a bit small for me. I also had one box arrive with a warm pack instead of cold, so I ended up binning a couple of items.
