got the starter pack, it's alright

Got the starter pack to see if it'd help me cut back on the takeaways, which it sort of has. Food's tasty enough and the portions fill me up, though a couple of the breakfasts were a bit dry. Ordering was dead easy on the app and the box turned up when it said it would, so no complaints there.

Fair enough for what it is

Worth it if you're going to eat the lot, because it adds up quickly. Ordering took about five minutes and I liked being able to skip a week when I was away. Price is on the higher side compared with buying the same ingredients in a supermarket, so it's a trade off.

good for the money if you know your macros

Honestly this is one of the better meal plan services I've tried, and I've done a few over the years. The meals are properly balanced and the portions are sensible rather than tiny. The only thing I'd flag is that the weekly menu rotates slower than I'd like, so you can end up eating the same few dinners by week five.

Nice food, bit pricey

ordered the starter box cos my mate said it was good. the food is actually tasty, the chicken one is my fave. delivery came on time and the box was fine. just a bit expensive for what you get in the end, so prob won't carry on past the month.

Delivered the day after the reminder

The boxes turned up a day later than the site said they would, but a text came through with an update which was nice. Food was fine and the portions are generous enough for my husband and me at lunch. Bit of a faff reheating a few of them though.

The portions are smaller than the photos

The first thing I noticed was how neatly everything was labelled with the macros, which is exactly what I wanted after years of tracking by hand. The portions are a bit smaller than the photos on the site, so I added a side of veg most days. Service has been consistent for about eight months now and the customer team answered a question about a swap within a day. Price is a little high but I'd pay it again.

About Dr. Ivy

Dr. Ivy is a London-based brand that sells dietary supplements and wellness products aimed at people who want to support their weight management and everyday health. The range centres on products designed to complement a balanced diet, with the brand presenting its formulations as a practical part of a daily routine rather than a quick fix. Its customers are mainly adults in the United Kingdom who look for supplements they can buy online and have delivered to their home.

The company operates primarily through its website, where customers can browse the products and place orders directly, and it does not rely on a high street presence. Dr. Ivy presents its products with information about ingredients and suggested use, which allows buyers to compare the options before deciding what suits them.
