DoFasting

I've been with them a long time now and what stands out is how the tracker has kept up with changes over the years without becoming cluttered. The weekly summary is the bit I look at first. Renewal was simple and I didn't get any surprise emails about it. My husband has started using it too, which says a lot for something I'd first picked up for my own sake.

The fasting timer is the bit I actually use every day, it just sits there on my lock screen and tells me how long i've got left. Started last month, lost a bit of weight and haven't felt like I was starving. Easy app, no faff.

I was looking at a gym membership to get my eating under control, and this worked out a lot cheaper for what I needed. The app gives you a fasting timer and some meal ideas, which a gym can't do. Signing up took a few minutes and I was told straight away what I'd get. Using it most days now and it fits around my shifts.

Yes, go for it if you want a fasting plan that is easy to follow. Signed up in about a minute on my phone and started the same day. Good stuff.

Bought the beginner guide a good few years back when I first wanted to try time-restricted eating, and I still go back to the chapter on the eating window. Signing up for the monthly plan was simple, the app has changed a fair bit since but it hasn't got messy. My wife has been asking me about it for her own routine lately, so I'd say yes, it's been worth it for me.

Bought the fasting guide on the train, read it on my phone in bits. Clear layout, no nonsense. Used the schedule it suggests this week and it fits around work.

I bought the full beginner guide after a long stretch of trying things that didn't stick, and this is the one that finally clicked. It walks through the schedule, what to eat when the window opens, and how to handle the hungry afternoons. Downloaded it straight away and started following the plan the next morning. Nothing has felt like a chore so far.

This is a good one if you have never fasted before, I was nervous but the starter guide walks you through the first two weeks properly. Signing up was quick and I got access straight away. Support answered a question I had within a day, which was nice. Feeling more in control of my eating now.

I looked at a couple of other programmes before picking this one, and the monthly plan was the cheapest way in without locking me into a year. The fasting schedule builder is the feature I actually use, you put in your working hours and it suggests a window that fits. Customer emails came from a real person, which mattered to me. Happy with it so far.

I needed something to help me stick to a routine, my evenings were all over the place and I kept snacking. Signed up and had the first plan running that same evening. The timer and reminders are simple enough that I actually use them.

Got into this because I'd put on a load of weight during uni lockdowns and nothing I tried stuck, I kept giving up after a week. The schedules are simple enough that I actually follow them now, and the little reminder when my window opens is handy when I'd otherwise forget.

Good, sensible set-up for anyone who wants to do time-restricted eating properly rather than guessing. The guides explain the why as well as the what, which I appreciated after years of fad diets. Sign-up took two minutes and the support emails were clear. Would stick with it.

Still the best fasting programme I've used after several years, and I've tried a fair few. The guidance on keeping going through a rough week has saved me more than once. Renewing is straightforward and the price hasn't crept up on me. Sensible, practical and it stays out of the way.

The timer on the lock screen is what I use most, it counts down my fast without me opening anything. Been fasting on and off for ages so I know what I want from a tracker and this does it.

Needed something to stop me grazing at my desk between meetings and this was the easiest way I found to sort it. Set the window once, the timer sits on my phone and I barely think about it now, which is the point.

The reminder that pings when your window opens is the detail that won me over, it's not annoying and I can switch it off per day. Got my plan going within the hour of signing up. Simple to use on the bus.
