I've been with them a long time now and what stands out is how the tracker has kept up with changes over the years without becoming cluttered. The weekly summary is the bit I look at first. Renewal was simple and I didn't get any surprise emails about it. My husband has started using it too, which says a lot for something I'd first picked up for my own sake.
Read moreI wanted a cheap way to get my eating sorted and this seemed reasonable at first. Signing up was fine, but the premium features I was told were included turned out to need a separate payment, and that was not clear on the page. DoFasting is a UK-facing diet and health brand that sells fasting-focused meal plans, supplements and programmes aimed at people who want to structure their eating around periods without food. The range centres on guided fasting plans, nutritional products designed to support those plans and educational content explaining how different fasting approaches work. The brand sells primarily online through its website, where customers choose a programme and order the accompanying products.
Its customers are adults who want a structured, time-bound approach to weight management and metabolic health rather than an open-ended diet. The company presents fasting as a practical routine supported by written guidance and product bundles, and customer feedback is gathered through reviews on the brand's own channels.
