Honestly the site is dead easy to use and I got my lenses sorted in about five minutes on my phone. Ordered on the app during my lunch break and they turned up in a couple of days. Didn't have to ring anyone or wait around for anything. Will be using them again for sure, been loads quicker than my optician.

Honestly it's the best place I've found for my lenses and I've been using them since well before the pandemic. Reorders take about two minutes once your prescription is saved and the deliveries have never been late, even over Christmas. Customer service answered a question I had about my prescription within a day when I emailed them. I've told a few mates at the golf club to try them too.

Compared to Amazon these were a bit more expensive for the same lenses, which was annoying. Checkout was fine though and the order came quick. Customer service took a few days to reply when I had a question about my prescription so that wasn't great.
