Cheaper than the high street but not by much

Compared with buying the same vitamins in Boots I expected to save a fair bit, and the difference was really only a pound or two per pot once postage is added on. Sign up was quick enough and the tracking emails were useful. The packaging was fine. I'd say it's worth it if you buy in bulk and can wait for the post, but for a one off I'd just pop to the shop.

Sorted my supplements out fast

The verdict is that the vitamin subscription does exactly what I needed, which was a regular delivery I don't have to think about. Signing up took a couple of minutes and the first box arrived the day after I ordered. The only niggle is the reminder emails start landing a few days before I actually need to top up, which is a bit much.

App took ages to sync with the scales

What got me was that the blood pressure cuff paired fine but the app kept asking me to re-enter my readings from the week before, which took about twenty minutes of faffing about. Once it was sorted the graphs are useful and they sent a reply to my question within a day, but the setup was fiddly and the instructions didn't mention the sync issue at all.

Needed a cheap way to track my protein

I needed something to keep my protein intake on track without paying for a personal trainer. The meal plan subscription was far cheaper than the gym nutrition packages I'd been looking at, and it gives a weekly shopping list that actually saves me from wasting food. Delivery was on time both weeks I've had it and I've been able to pause it easily when we went on holiday.

needed a quick diet plan for uni

Needed something cheap and simple for uni meals so I signed up for the diet plan. Ordering was dead easy and the food turns up fresh. Recipes are proper good and I'm already on week three. Would tell mates.

have used their food scales for years

I've had the digital kitchen scales from them since they first started and they still work perfectly after about six years of daily use. I weigh my porridge and my protein powder every morning as part of my diet plan. Replacement batteries are easy to get and the customer service has always been decent when I've had questions about the app syncing with my tracker.

The telephone line was very helpful

What struck me most was how patient the nurse was when I rang about my blood pressure monitor readings. She took the time to explain each figure and sent a written summary by post, which I appreciated very much. The whole arrangement was courteous and straightforward, and I have found the online repeat order system simple to manage, though I do prefer speaking to somebody on the telephone.

Got the digital food scales in the end

I bought the digital food scales after comparing three or four options from the big online retailers. These were a bit dearer than the cheapest but the reviews on the site were more useful and the display is easier to read. They've been accurate every time I've checked them against a known weight, and the rechargeable battery lasts ages.

Better than the free nhs leaflets for sure

Compared with the free weight loss guides you get from the surgery, this programme is far more detailed on what to eat around training days. I've been doing these plans for a couple of years now and the recipes are genuinely decent. The app is a bit clunky when you try to log restaurant meals, but the portion guides are the best I've seen.

First time using them and it's pretty good

This is a solid place to get your blood test booked if you've never done it before. The booking took about five minutes on the site and the clinic appointment was easy to find, with a clear reminder the day before. The results came back through the app in under a week and the explanation was easy to follow. Only small thing was the parking near the clinic was a bit tricky.
