My GP suggested I look at a structured plan to manage my blood sugar after my diagnosis, and this was the one I found. The carb guidance is detailed, the meal timings make sense, and the dietitian Q&A has been really helpful when I got stuck. I checked the sources they cite and they hold up well. Happy to keep going with it.

The meal suggestions suit my tastes and the portions are about right. My only reservation is that the follow-up emails arrive a little more often than I would like, but I have grown used to them.
