This was my first time buying from them so I was a bit nervous about the sign up, but it only took a few minutes and I didn't have to create some huge account. I ordered a tub of whey and some electrolytes. The checkout asked for my postcode twice which was slightly annoying but nothing major. The order turned up on the Thursday as promised and everything was sealed properly.

I needed a proper creatine monohydrate for my training block and wanted something pure without the added rubbish. The label listed exactly what was in it and the dose was clear. I've been using it daily for six weeks now and noticed the difference in my sessions.

I ordered the magnesium glycinate powder as recommended by my pharmacist, and it's exactly what I was after. The scoop is a sensible size and the instructions were easy to follow. I did find the checkout a little fiddly, as I had to re-enter my address twice. Otherwise I'm very pleased and it arrived in good time.

Switched from the cheap gym shake I was getting and this is miles better. Tastes less chalky and mixes without clumps in the shaker. Ordered on the app in about two minutes, no faff. Sorted.

Good value for the money, and I say that as someone who checks every penny. Ordered a month's worth of protein and the price per serving was lower than the big supermarket brands. The site is easy enough to use and it arrived when they said it would. Would order again.

Honestly the thing that got me was the sample pouch they put in with the order, which I didn't expect at all. I'd looked at three other supplement sites before picking this one because the prices were a bit lower and the reviews seemed decent. The powder mixes fine in the mornings and I've stuck with it since.

Honestly wouldn't bother. I ordered a protein bar box and two of the bars had gone soft, which put me off straight away. I emailed and it took four days to get a reply, and by then I'd just given up on the order.

Compared it to the shop protein I usually grab and it's a bit better for the price, though not by miles. Ordering was fine but the delivery was slow, took nearly a week when the site said three days. Taste is decent. Would probably get it again if I'm stuck.

I bought the vitamin D3 drops because my GP said I was low and I'd never ordered supplements online before. The bottle was sealed and the dropper is easy to use with the instructions on the side. Delivery took two days and the box came well padded. I'm happy with it so far and will probably reorder when this runs out.

I needed an omega 3 that my doctor would be happy with, having had some trouble with my cholesterol recently. I found the information on the site quite clear about the EPA and DHA content. The capsules are a fair size but I manage them without difficulty. The order arrived promptly and was well packed. I'm pleased with it.
