Ordered the 7 day meal plan box as a first timer and was honestly surprised how easy it was to set up. The recipes were clear, portions were about right for me and my partner, and the ingredients arrived cold and in good nick. Already thinking about reordering for next month.

The portion sizes are much bigger than I expected, so each meal stretches to two lunches for me. Works out roughly the same as my weekly shop once you divide it up. Delivery was on the day, though the cool bag was a bit flimsy.

I was most impressed by how clearly the nutrition breakdown is laid out for each meal. As someone who has to count carbohydrates carefully, I find this very helpful indeed. Ordering was straightforward and the meals arrived well packed and chilled.
