Nice enough but a bit fiddly

Got the plan signed up on the app in the lunch break, took a few goes to find where you pick the days. The food was decent and the delivery came a day later than the slot I picked, which annoyed me a bit. Pausing a week was the bit that took longest to figure out.

Sign up dragged on

Bought the three-month plan. Got the box, food was fine, but getting the account set up took ages because the postcode check kept failing. Had to ring them and wait about twenty minutes. Once sorted deliveries have been reliable.

Good, bit fiddly to pause

Honestly the plan itself is solid, the calorie breakdown is more detailed than the others I've tried. Pausing a subscription is fiddly though, you have to go through three screens and it's not obvious. Otherwise ordering and delivery have been fine for months.

surprisingly easy, would do it again

Started this because I wanted to stop living on takeaways and it's been way easier than I expected. The first delivery turned up in the morning, everything labelled, and the app tells you what to eat each day. Cheaper than I thought too once you add up what I was spending before. Good stuff.

Sorted my blood sugar worries

My sister recommended this after my blood test came back borderline and I didn't know where to start. Booked the first consultation online, it took two minutes and the dietitian rang on the right day. The meal plan is sensible and the recipes are simple enough for a weeknight. Feeling more in control than I have in ages.

First box, pleasantly sorted

I bought the starter pack after my GP mentioned cutting down on sugar. Signing up took about five minutes and the dietitian call was on time. Everything arrived cold and well packed, and the instructions for the first week were clear enough that I didn't need to message anyone.

Ordered the plan from my phone at work

Found out the meals come pre-portioned in little trays which saves me weighing everything out after a long shift. Signed up on my phone at my desk, took about two minutes, and the first delivery turned up on the Tuesday like they said it would. Chicken and veg one was lovely, I had it cold the next day too. Will keep going.

Pricier than the other one

Compared to the other meal kit I was using this costs more per week, which is the main thing. The food is nicer though, the portions aren't tiny and the flavours aren't just salt. Signing up was quick and the coach chat is helpful. Might switch back when money's tight.

better than the supermarket

I'd been buying ready meals from the supermarket, which I'm not keen on, and this is a good deal more wholesome. Some of the recipes are a touch bland for my taste, but the portions suit me and the delivery was always on time. I'd happily keep going with it.

Needed something for the gym

Needed a protein plan that didn't cost the earth, my uni budget is shot. Signed up, picked my goals, and the coach messages were actually useful, not spam. Delivery was fine and the portions are decent. Would get it again.
