I needed a structured plan after my last attempt at dieting fell apart within a fortnight. I looked at a couple of other meal kit services and a free app before choosing this one. The sign up was easy and the plans are sensible. Delivery of the welcome pack took a few extra days over the bank holiday, which was a bit frustrating. Otherwise pretty happy with it.

The sign up took about five minutes and I had my first week of meals sorted before the end of the day. Checking in with the app each morning is easy and the recipes actually use things I already have in the cupboard.

Bought the 4 week meal plan from the site. Recipes are decent, shopping list is handy. Problem was the app kept logging me out every time I tried to view the next week, so I had to re log in loads. Support sorted it after a couple of days but yeah it was annoying. Might try again but not sure.

Compared with the diabetes prevention course at my surgery, this is much more flexible for me. I've been a member for about three years now and my coach has never once made me feel silly.
