I needed a blanket that wouldn't make my back ache when I rolled over, which is why I chose this one after a physio recommended it. It has made a real difference to how I sleep and I wake up feeling less stiff than I did. The cover is easy to take off for washing, which matters at my age.

I bought this about two years ago to replace an old fleece throw and the cover is still the best bit. It's soft, it breathes and it hasn't pilled at all, even after loads of washes on a hot cycle. The weight is spread well across the whole blanket so you don't feel it sliding about at night. I still use it most evenings on the sofa too.
