Approved Vitamins

Needed something for my joints after my knee op and my physio suggested glucosamine. Ordered the capsules on a Monday and they turned up Wednesday, which was fine, though the box was a bit bigger than it needed to be.

Ordered the whey protein after comparing three or four brands on other sites. This one is fine but a bit lighter on flavour than I'd like, and the chocolate tasted more like cocoa powder than I was after. The delivery took four working days, which was a bit slower than I'd hoped for.

I had been buying my omega 3 from the chemist on the high street, and I did find these a little cheaper per capsule once I worked it out properly. The staff on the phone were patient with me when I asked about the dosage, which I did appreciate, and the parcel came exactly when they said it would.

Really good value for what you get and the order was sorted in minutes on my phone. Only thing is the checkout kept logging me out so I had to try twice, but got there in the end.

Tablets are fine but the postage is a joke for such a small order. Once you add delivery it works out dearer than buying the same thing from a big pharmacy site, so I won't be bothering again.

Didn't expect the tracking to be so accurate, it said Thursday and the box was on the mat Wednesday morning. Ordered a vitamin C and zinc combo after a cold that wouldn't shift, and the site walked me through picking the right dose without making me feel daft for asking. The bottles were sealed properly and the labels are easy to read, which I appreciated since I'm forever squinting at tiny print.

Compared with the big brand my daughter had recommended, this one gives you more tablets for roughly the same money. The bottle was easy to open and the label was clear, which matters to me. Nothing else to report really.

Bought the magnesium glycinate powder for sleep and it's the right form, dissolves well in warm water. Dispatch was next day and it arrived in a good time, nothing to fault.

I started using them after my GP suggested I look at my vitamin D levels because I was constantly tired through the winter. I've been reordering every couple of months since and the tablets have never let me down, the emails reminding me to reorder are a bit much but easy to switch off.
