Needed a way to hit my protein targets without cooking every night after training. The high protein range is solid and the macros on the label match what I track. Could be cheaper per portion but the consistency is good.
Compared it to the calorie counting app I was paying for and this is so much simpler. You just pick your goal and it sorts the meals out for you. Haven't had to think about what to eat all week and I've actually lost a bit of weight.

Needed something to fill the gap after I stopped eating so much takeaway and kept feeling starving by 4pm. Ordered the starter plan on the site, took about four days to arrive and the portions were a bit smaller than I expected. Fine for now though.

I have recommended it to my sister, who has a similar sort of routine to me.
