Frankly this has gone downhill since I first signed up years ago. My review calls were rescheduled twice with no notice and the last one was cut short. I was told a follow up would be emailed and it never arrived, so I had to chase it myself. Price hasn't changed, which is the bit that annoys me most.

Signed up for the weight loss programme on my phone during my lunch break and the sign up took about five minutes. The only niggle is the app sends me a reminder every single morning at 7, even on weekends when I'm not bothered. Easy to switch off though.

Compared to the private clinic near me, this works out a lot cheaper for the same follow up. I paid up front and the sessions run on a set schedule so I know what I'm getting for the money. The reports are clear and the team answer messages the same day, which is worth it for me.
