Used to drive forty minutes to a clinic for weigh ins and this is so much easier. I just log in from the kitchen and get my plan sent through. The reminders are useful too. Booking my first review took two minutes.

I've been with them for about four years now, since my GP mentioned I should be doing gentle low impact stuff for my knees. The sessions are still good and the instructions are clear. Lately the video library has been slow to load on my tablet and I had to email twice about a billing query that took a week to sort out.

I started with them years ago when I needed a structured plan for my weight after my second baby. The weekly check ins are still the best part and the coach knows my history. Billing has changed a couple of times and the last price rise wasn't flagged properly, so I noticed it on my statement. Otherwise I'd keep going.

Box turned up a day after the date they gave me, which was annoying as I'd planned my week around it. The food was fine once it arrived but the tracking said something different to what actually happened. Customer chat answered after about a day.

Got the vanilla protein powder and it mixes properly, no lumps which is a big deal for me. Tastes nice in oats too. Came in a sealed tub and arrived in two days.

Honestly way better than the personal trainer app I was paying for before. The workouts are short enough to fit around uni and I actually stick to them. Signing up took two mins and the first week was free so no regrets.

Signed up for the coaching plan last month as a first timer and I'm mostly happy with it. The sign up took about ten minutes and the first check in call was booked the same day. The only thing that bugged me was the app took a couple of goes to log my food properly, and I'd have liked a bit more guidance on that bit at the start.

The check in call with my coach was booked for the Thursday and actually happened on time, which I didn't expect. She went through my weekly numbers in about fifteen minutes and sorted out a change to my plan straight away. Easy to fit around work, I took it on my lunch break in the car.

Ordered the starter pack on a Monday and it turned up Wednesday, which was fine. Checkout was quick and the site remembered my address. The only thing I'd change is the packaging, which was more than I needed for a few sachets. Would do it again.

Bought the 12 week meal plan bundle from the site when I was trying to get my blood sugar sorted and it has done the job. Works out cheaper per week than the big supermarket meal kits I was using before, and the portions are actually filling. Ordering was simple, took about five minutes, and the recipes are clear enough that I don't need to keep checking the app.
