We booked a chauffeur car for my daughter's wedding and I'm pleased to say it went off beautifully. The driver arrived early, was smartly dressed and very patient with the bridesmaids and their dresses. The car was pristine and the ride was gentle throughout. We were told the price up front and it matched the invoice exactly. Thoroughly recommend them for any special occasion.
Read moreI booked a transfer to the airport and the driver took a long detour that added to the fare, and when I messaged to ask about it the reply took most of a day. The car itself was clean enough. I'd expect a better response when there's a question about the route. Not a terrible ride, but it left me frustrated.
Read moreI'm afraid we needed a car for my sister's funeral with very little notice, so I did not have time to shop around. I rang the office rather than using the site, and the lady who answered was very kind and sorted everything within the hour. The car came a little later than I had been told, which was a shame on the day, but the driver was patient and courteous throughout, and the price was fair.
Read moreCompared to the big ride app I used before, these came out a fair bit cheaper for the same trip into town. I've been a regular for a good while now. The one niggle is the wait at peak times, which can stretch to twenty minutes. Otherwise the cars are clean and the drivers know the roads.
Good enough for a Friday night airport run. Booked it the day before and got a confirmation text, which was handy. The car showed up about ten minutes after the time I'd been given, so I was stood outside in the cold for a bit, but the driver was polite and got me there in plenty of time for my flight.
Booked a minibus for a hen do and the whole thing was easy to set up on the site. The price came in around what I'd budgeted, which was a relief. The driver got us there on time, but the seats were a bit tight for six of us with bags. It was fine on the night though and everyone had a good time.

Been using them for a while now and the rides are generally good. The booking page was a bit clunky on my phone, I had to log in twice before it would take my card. Driver was on time and the car was tidy. Still a good option for the price.
