Honestly this was a lot quicker than I expected for a first visit. I booked through the site, filled in a short form about the noise my car was making, and got a call the same afternoon. The fault turned out to be a loose exhaust bracket and they fixed it while I waited. Friendly staff too, and no pressure to buy extras.

Biggest thing for me was the price, way lower than the place near mine. Booked a tyre change online and they had me in within the hour. Staff were chatty and didn't make me feel daft for asking stuff. Good stuff.
