Typed this on the bus so sorry if it's rubbish. Signed up for the cover through the app in about five minutes while waiting for a bus. The patrol turned up quicker than I expected when the battery went flat outside the shops, so yeah, no complaints from me at all.

Read moreHonestly the cover is fine and the patrol did what they said. Had to wait a bit longer than I hoped, about an hour and a half on a cold evening, and the message about the ETA was not updated. Would still use them again.
Had the car recovered after a clutch went on the M6 and got a lift home with the rest of us. The driver was friendly but the drop off took longer than the time I was told, nearly an hour more. I was also asked to fill in a form twice for the same claim which was annoying on my phone. Got my car back to the garage in the end though so not too bad.
We were heading to Cornwall with the kids and I wanted proper cover in case the car gave up on the way. Compared three providers and this one was a bit dearer than the cheapest, but the level of cover made it worth it for us. The booking page was clear and the documents came through within a couple of days.
Bought the cover through the app which was pretty easy to use on my phone. The only thing is the card took about a week to come through and I had to chase it once. Otherwise the cover works and I have not needed it yet.
Compared it with two other roadside cover options and this one was a bit more expensive for the same basic level. Signing up was quick though and the cover kicked in straight away. The only real niggle is that the add ons cost extra and I had to dig to find them.
