I have used this company for many years now, initially because the parking at the port was so expensive. Compared with the official car park, the saving is still very real and the shuttle has always been punctual. The booking process has changed a little over time but remains easy to follow. I have never had a problem with the car.

The confirmation email came through quickly but the booking reference wasn't on it, so I rang and waited about twenty minutes on hold. Car was fine when I got back. Pricier than I expected for what you get, and the shuttle took ages to turn up on the return.
Read moreI needed somewhere to leave the car for ten days while we went to see family abroad, and I'd never used a port parking company before so I was a bit nervous. The site walked me through the booking step by step and the confirmation email had everything I needed on it, including the drop-off address. Dropping the car off was quick and the staff were friendly, and I didn't have to wait around at all.
Read moreThe confirmation email took a while to arrive after I paid, maybe twenty minutes, which made me worry for a bit. Once it came through everything was in order. I've used a few port parking firms over the years and this one is about the same on price, and the shuttle was on time when we got back.
Booked it on my phone and the confirmation came through straight away, which was nice. Took a while to find the entrance on the way in though, the sat nav sent me round the wrong side. Shuttle turned up on time both ways and the car was fine when I got back.
Booked the car park for a long weekend and the whole thing was done in the app in under a minute, the shuttle timing info was right there which I liked. Only thing is the pick up point was a bit out the way so it took longer to find than I'd have liked. Car was fine when I got back.
