I have used this company for many years now, initially because the parking at the port was so expensive. Compared with the official car park, the saving is still very real and the shuttle has always been punctual. The booking process has changed a little over time but remains easy to follow. I have never had a problem with the car.

The confirmation email came through quickly but the booking reference wasn't on it, so I rang and waited about twenty minutes on hold. Car was fine when I got back. Pricier than I expected for what you get, and the shuttle took ages to turn up on the return.

Dropping the car off was quick and the staff were friendly, and I didn't have to wait around at all.
Read moreBought the economy long stay for three weeks. Price was good compared with what the ferry terminal car park wanted. Booking was fine but the shuttle was a bit slow coming back on the Sunday, about twenty five minutes, and it made me miss my train connection. Car was OK when I picked it up.
Way better than the airport parking I used last time. Shuttle was quicker and the driver was chatty. Only annoying thing was the app kept logging me out when I tried to change my dates.
