R's KOSO

Honestly one of the best garage experiences I've had. Booked a service for Friday, dropped the car off and they sent pictures of everything they'd checked. Got a call about a tyre that was getting low and they didn't push it, just said keep an eye on it. Cheap and cheerful.

We needed a battery sorted before a long drive to Cornwall and the car wouldn't start in the drive. I tried a couple of places first and they either weren't open or wanted to book me in for Thursday. Sorted within the hour, fitted on the spot and the old one got recycled properly. Fair price too.

I needed a new exhaust after the old one started rattling loudly on the motorway. I looked at three places and this was the one that had a slot within the week. The work was done properly and the car sounds normal again. Parts took a day longer than they said, and I had to ring twice to find out where things were, but the finished job was solid. Price was in the middle of what the others quoted.

This is the best garage I've used and I've been through a few round here. Booked a diagnostic on a warning light through the site, which was simple. They rang before doing anything else, explained it was a sensor and quoted it in writing. Fixed the same day, light's off and the car drives like it should again. Didn't need to chase anyone for an update at any point.

I've been using them since my Corsa was new, and they've never let me down. The booking system is easier than it used to be, though I still ring if I'm stuck. Prices stay fair and they tell me what needs doing and what can wait a few months. The lad who looked at my brakes last spring explained it all without making me feel daft. I drive a fair bit so I'm glad they're still local and still reliable.

Compared with a couple of other tyre places, these were a bit more expensive per tyre but the fitting was quick and they checked the tracking without me asking. Booked the van in for four tyres and the slot was on time. The waiting area is basic and the coffee was rubbish but I'd happily use them again for the work itself.

Needed an MOT in a hurry because the old one ran out the next day. Tried two other places that were fully booked, then found a slot here for the next morning. Quick, polite and no fuss. Pass first time.

Needed two new tyres on my Fiesta and booked them through the app on the bus home. Turned up, they were fitted in twenty minutes and I didn't have to wait around. Price was fair and they balanced the wheels too.

I've been using these people for about six years now and the service hasn't slipped. Booked my annual service online, dropped the car off on the Monday and it was ready by the afternoon. They remember the car and ask how my grandson's getting on. Prices have gone up a bit but still fair.

Compared to the garage down the road this was dearer for a basic service. The booking page kept timing out before I got the slot I wanted. Car was done fine in the end, just annoying to get in the diary.

Compared with the main dealer this was about half the price for the same service, and I wasn't stuck with a courtesy car I didn't want. Booked online, dropped the car off at eight and it was back by half five with a proper write-up of what they'd done. Clear, honest and no pushy upselling at the counter. Very happy.

Quick and cheap, which is all I wanted. Booked a service through the site on Sunday night and it was done Tuesday. Nothing extra thrown at me at the counter.

Needed a new car battery because mine died at the Tesco car park and I was late for work. Booked a slot on my phone at lunch and they fitted it that afternoon. Smooth from start to finish and they checked the alternator too while I waited.

Got a full service for less than I was quoted at the main dealer and they didn't try to sell me extras I didn't need. Booking was simple online and the work was done the same day. Reasonable prices, sensible advice, and the car drives fine.

Compared with the big chain on the retail park, this was cheaper and they actually explained what needed doing. Clutch work, booked it online, done in a day. Honest workshop.

Honestly I didn't expect them to get me in so fast, I'd been putting it off for weeks. Booked through the site on Sunday night and they had the car in Tuesday morning. Mechanic texted me a photo of the old pads so I could see what was wrong. Nice touch, and I'm not hanging about for a call back anymore.

Compared to my old local place these lot are a lot easier to deal with online. First time I used them so wasn't sure what to expect, but the booking page told me the price up front and it matched the invoice. Car was ready when they said. Good honest work.

Booked brake pads through the site from my phone while waiting for the kids. Got a text with the time and the mechanic rang when he'd finished so I could pick up. Pads and disc were done properly and the price was what it said on the quote.

Booked the MOT on my phone at lunch and the slot was confirmed in about a minute, which is wild for a garage. Got the car back the same day with the certificate already emailed over. Pretty painless, would do it again lol. The app remembered my reg so I didn't have to type it in again.
