The car was spotless when I collected it, which I did not expect at all, and the keys were waiting exactly where the instructions said. I found the whole booking very straightforward and the customer team answered my one question promptly. I would happily book again for my trips into town and to see my sister in Harrogate.
I've been a member for about six years now and the thing I like most is that the cars are always where the app says they'll be. The booking process hasn't changed much and I still find it simple, with the hourly rate easy to see before I confirm. Fuel is the usual extra but the card is quick to use.
