Meet and greet is worth paying for
I've used the meet and greet service a few times now so know what to expect. Booked the usual spot for a long weekend and the paperwork was quick to sign at the desk. Car was brought round to the drop off point as promised, with the keys handed back at arrivals. Nothing to complain about.

The car park was fine but the bus was late
I booked a standard space for our first trip to Heathrow parking and the confirmation came through straight away. The lot itself was tidy with good lighting. On the way back the shuttle took about twenty five minutes to arrive after we called, which was annoying after a long flight. Would still use them again.

compared a few before booking
Compared a few airport parking sites before picking this one and it came out cheaper than the rest for the same dates, which is why we went with them. Booking was quick and the confirmation came through straight away. The only bit that was a bit fiddly was finding the drop off instructions on the site, took me a minute to see where they were hiding. Bus to the terminal was on time too.
Read moreThe shuttle timings matter
The shuttle pickup times on the booking page are the bit that really matters, so read them properly. We got dropped at the right place and the driver was friendly. Just a bit of a wait on the return, nothing major.
checked the prices carefully
Compared the prices against a few other parking sites before booking the same dates. This one came out cheapest but the reviews were what sold it for me. Bought the standard covered space and the car was clean when we got back.
needed to sort parking for work trip
Had to get to Heathrow at short notice for a work trip so needed somewhere to leave the car for four nights. Booked it on the phone in the lift on the way to the office. The confirmation was sent through quickly and the shuttle was easy to find at the drop off. Only thing is the page wouldn't let me pick a return time, so I had to ring them, which was a bit of a faff.
Booked it on my phone in the queue
Booked it on my phone while waiting for the bus and the checkout was quick, even on my rubbish signal. The confirmation email came straight away with the pickup times, which was handy. Only thing is the site doesn't make it obvious where to find the drop off time once you're logged in, so I had to hunt around a bit. Otherwise sorted, car was fine.
cheaper than the official car park
Compared with the airport's own parking this was a fair bit less per day for a week away. Booking was simple enough and the email with directions was clear. Shuttle came reasonably quickly on the way back, though we waited about ten minutes in the rain.
