Meet and greet is worth paying for
I've used the meet and greet service a few times now so know what to expect. Booked the usual spot for a long weekend and the paperwork was quick to sign at the desk. Car was brought round to the drop off point as promised, with the keys handed back at arrivals. Nothing to complain about.

The car park was fine but the bus was late
I booked a standard space for our first trip to Heathrow parking and the confirmation came through straight away. The lot itself was tidy with good lighting. On the way back the shuttle took about twenty five minutes to arrive after we called, which was annoying after a long flight. Would still use them again.

compared a few before booking
Compared a few airport parking sites before picking this one and it came out cheaper than the rest for the same dates, which is why we went with them. Booking was quick and the confirmation came through straight away. The only bit that was a bit fiddly was finding the drop off instructions on the site, took me a minute to see where they were hiding. Bus to the terminal was on time too.

Slow to hear back about a change
Needed to change our drop off time by a couple of hours and sent a message through the site. It took nearly two days to get a reply, which was a bit of a worry with the flight coming up. Once sorted the staff were fine and the shuttle still ran well. Price was fair for the time we had the car in the park.
