Honestly the thing that surprised me most was that a mechanic turned up at my house on a Saturday morning to do the service on my Octavia. I'd been expecting to drop it off somewhere and lose the whole day, so that alone made my week. The booking was quick and they confirmed the time by text the night before.

Only niggle was that the confirmation email landed in my spam folder so I had to hunt for the booking reference when I turned up. Otherwise good value and the price was clear before I committed.

Bought the wiper blades and got them fitted on the spot while I waited. Quick and no drama. Took a few minutes to find the right size on the form though.
