Booked a small automatic for a trip up to Newcastle and it was sorted fine. The confirmation email took a bit longer than I expected to arrive but it did come through. Collection was smooth and the car was clean, just a bit of a wait in the queue at the desk.

Compared with the big brands at the airport this came out well cheaper for the same week. The car was a little older than the photo but in good order. Drop off was quick and the staff were helpful about the fuel policy.
