Booked an oil change on my Polo through the app and they had me in and out in under an hour, which is quicker than I thought. The mechanic showed me the old filter and said the oil was still a decent colour so there was no need for the top-up they'd offered. Fair price for what it was, and the reminder email for the next one arrived on time. Would use them again.

My MOT was due in four days and nothing local had a slot before then. I checked three other sites first and this was the only one showing a same week appointment. Booking was simple enough. The waiting area was grim and the wait was almost two hours, though they did tell me the wait when I arrived so I wasn't left guessing. Result was fine and I'd use them again if I was stuck.
