Compared to the big booking sites this was miles easier, no endless pop ups and the price was lower for the same boat. Paid, got a text, turned up and they had it ready. Nice one.
Read moreBooked a day on a rib and the confirmation said full tank of fuel included but we had to fill it up ourselves. Took ages to get anyone to answer the phone about it. The boat itself was fine but the whole thing felt like a faff.

The booking form asked sensible questions, they emailed a checklist of what to bring, and the man at the marina walked us through the throttle and the kill cord before we left. Felt properly looked after from start to finish.

Sorted in about ten minutes and the boat was booked for Saturday no bother. Found it on my phone, paid, got the confirmation straight away. Would use again for sure, the chat on the site answered my one question fast too.
The live availability calendar was spot on, I could see the exact slot I wanted and it stayed held while I paid. Sent from the car park, quick reply from them too.

I have been hiring from them for about fifteen years and the thing I always notice is they keep the same staff on so you know the drill. This year the booking was still quick through the same account and my old details filled in automatically.
