The sizing chart on the page for the roof bars was the thing I noticed most, it made it easy to check my car's model before adding to basket. I compared a couple of other sellers first and they were cheaper but had no chart at all. The roof bars arrived well packed and fitted fine. Only small gripe is the checkout asked me to create an account first.
Read moreThe box was far bigger than the parts inside, which made me think something was missing at first. Turned out the bulbs and the wiper blades were all there, just rattling around. The blades were a slightly different length to the photo so I had to swap one. Sorted it in the end, but I'd want a clearer listing.
Read moreI've been using them since before the site looked like this, so comparing them to the local factor is easy for me. Back then they were a bit cheaper but now the prices are much the same, and the range is way better. Used them for a clutch kit last month and the old pattern went in without any drama. Still my first choice when I'm working on the motorhome.

My rear wiper packed up right before a long drive to Cornwall and I needed it sorted quickly. I looked at a couple of other places and most wanted a few days for delivery. This one had it on the list with next day delivery and the price was fair. The motor arrived on time and fitted without drama. Really happy with how it went.
The steering rack I bought has been working well for a few months now and I have no complaints about the quality. When I first ordered the wrong bush kit I wanted to send it back and the returns process was a bit of a faff, with forms to print and a long wait for the refund to show. It did come through in the end.
My car battery was on its last legs so I needed a new one before the cold snap. Found one here for a good bit less than the garage wanted. Ordered Tuesday night and it turned up Thursday morning. Works a treat and the price is hard to argue with.
Compared to the main dealer for a service kit and it was about half the cost, which is what made me try them. The parts are the same brand numbers as the OEM ones I've fitted before, so no worries there. Quality felt solid and the filters were exactly what the manual calls for. Will be my first stop for parts from now on.
Good parts, I'll say that first. The alternator I ordered for my husband's old Vauxhall works perfectly. I did have to send a question about the fitting bracket and it took the best part of three days to get a reply, which was a bit frustrating when I had the car off the road. Once I had the answer everything else went smoothly.

My air filter was filthy and I needed a replacement before the weekend. Ordered on Thursday and it turned up Friday morning. Fitted it in ten minutes. Simple and quick.
