Needed a car for a fortnight while mine was in the garage, so I went for the cheapest option I could find. Booked it online in about five minutes and the price was what I'd seen. The car was a bit of an old model but it ran well and I'd book with them again for the savings.

Had a job interview across town and my car died on the Tuesday so I needed a car sharpish. Booked on my phone in the car park, took ages to upload my licence photo though and it kept timing out. When I got to the branch they had the car ready but the wait at the desk was nearly forty minutes which wasn't ideal.

Booked a little hatchback for a festival trip with mates. Picked it up at the station branch, quick and easy, no faff at all. Car was spotless and the fuel was full. Would do it again lol

Picked up a medium van for moving house, which was exactly what I needed for the price. The collection was smooth and the van had a decent amount of space. I wish the fuel level had been mentioned clearly at booking because I had to top it up before returning.

Pick up was a bit of a queue at the counter but they had the paperwork ready and I was on the road within the half hour, so I'd use them again.

Compared with the budget place I tried last year, the booking here was far less fussy and I had a confirmation email straight away. The lady on the phone was patient with my questions about the excess and the insurance, which I appreciated. Pick up was on time and the car was ready when I arrived.

The clean interior was the first thing I noticed when I got in, and it smelt fresh too. Dropped it back early, no issues at the desk. Quick, easy, would book again

Good for a one off hire but I'd not use them every month. I needed a van for a weekend move and the booking was quick, pick up was on time and the car was clean. The price was a bit higher than some others I checked, and the mileage charge caught me out a little.

I'll be honest, the cost was the first thing I noticed when I came to pay, and it was higher than I'd hoped for a week's hire. That said the staff were courteous, explained the fuel policy clearly, and the car was in lovely condition. I'd use them again if the price came down a touch.

Compared with the larger firm I've used for years, this was a much calmer experience. The staff took time to walk me round the car and show me the controls, which I appreciated. The return was simple and I didn't have to queue, so I'd happily go back.
