The first thing I noticed was the lack of a proper confirmation text, so I rang them to check the pickup. It took about twenty minutes on hold and the driver was a bit late. Not terrible but not great either.

Compared to black cab
Compared to a black cab from Euston this was a bit cheaper but the wait was longer than I'd like, around 25 minutes on a Tuesday night. The driver was polite and the car was clean and the ride itself was fine. Booking through the app was easy enough though the price shown at the end was a few quid more than the quote I got earlier.

App showed the driver name and plate before he arrived which was handy. Pickup outside the office was spot on, car was a bit warm though and the boot was small for my suitcase so I had to put it on the back seat. Would use again for work trips.
Booked for a wedding
Booking a car for the wedding was the first time I'd used them and it went smoothly. Sign-up took five minutes, and the driver had the car spotless and waited patiently outside the venue. Only thing is the drop-off was a few minutes later than I'd like.
First ride was good
I'd never used a private hire service before and the verdict is I'd happily do it again. Signing up took a few minutes and the price showed up before I confirmed. The driver was waiting in the right spot at Bristol Temple Meads with a bottle of water in the back.
