Needed a new battery in a hurry

My car wouldn't start on a cold morning and I needed it sorted before a hospital appointment. I rang round and this was the first company that could fit someone the same day. The chap who came out was polite and explained what was wrong before doing anything. Everything was handled very well and I was back on the road by lunchtime. Thank you to everyone involved.

booked on the bus

Booked my car in for a service on the bus to work and the app kept the details saved. Dead easy. Got a reminder the day before. Car was ready when they said, though the waiting area was a bit cold. Would use again.

itemised bill was the best bit

The itemised bill was the bit that stood out most, every part and labour line was listed separately with what it cost. Made it easy to see what I was paying for against the quote. Booking was simple through the site. Turnaround was a bit slow on a Friday but fair enough.

itemised bill and fair price

The itemised bill was the bit that stood out most, every part and labour line was listed separately with what it cost. Clutch was slipping so I wanted it looked at without paying over the odds, and the quote matched what they charged. Took a day longer than they said because they found a worn cable, which they checked with me first. Only thing I'd change is the booking form asks for too many details.

the service reminder emails

The reminder emails are the bit I rate most, they tell you when the next service is due without you having to remember. Been using them for about four years now. Booking a service through the site takes a few taps. Once or twice the slot I wanted was gone already but there was always another one close by.

Booked my mot through the app

Booked my MOT through the app on my lunch break which was dead easy. Got a reminder the day before and they were done by the afternoon. Pass first time so yeah, can't complain.

Better than the garage down the road

I'd used the garage round the corner for years but this was a lot quicker. Booking the service took two minutes online and they texted me when the car was ready. Price was about the same as the local place but I didn't have to wait around. Happy with it.

Booked it on the bus

Booked my car in for a service on the bus to work and the app kept the details saved. Got a text the morning of with the drop off time. Just needed to leave the keys. Got it back the same evening and it was spotless inside.

Ordered the ceramic pads

Went with the ceramic front pads over the standard ones because I do a lot of motorway miles and wanted less dust on the wheels. The fitters said they'd seen plenty of the same pads on the newer diesels. Fitting was tidy, no squeal since. Paid a fair price for what they were.

Way quicker than the dealer

Took the car to the dealer last time and waited a fortnight for a slot. Here I got a booking for the following week and the job was done in a morning. Price came in well under the dealer's quote for the same timing belt work. Knew what I was looking at, and it was all straightforward.

clutch sorted without breaking the bank

I needed the clutch looked at because it was slipping and I wanted it done without paying over the odds. They quoted me a sensible price and kept to it. The car drives smoothly now and I got a written breakdown of parts and labour, which I appreciated.

Brake pad replacement booked online

I booked a front brake pad replacement through their site. I'd looked at two other places and they came out a bit cheaper than one of them. The mechanic rang me before starting to confirm the discs were fine. Work was done the same day and the car stops properly now.

Needed a cheap fix for the van

Van needed a new air filter and a service before I took it on a long run for work. Knew the parts side pretty well already so checked the spec on their site before booking. They had exactly what I needed in stock and fitted it same day. Price was spot on.

Quick mot and a service

Got my car in for a service and MOT at the same time and they took the car in the morning. Got a text when it was ready and the price was fine. Easy one, would use them again.

sorted my car every time

Been going to them for about eight years and they've never let me down. My car gets the same careful checks each visit and they keep me posted on anything coming up. Always fair with the bill.
